This is Beach training with an Elite Coach in a small groups.

Ages: 4th-6th, 7th-8th

Mondays 5-7p

And/or

Wednesdays 5-7p

2 levels (beginner) 0-2 years experience and advanced juniors Juniors should have 2-4years experience

1day/week /month 4 sessions - $140
2 days/week /month 8 sessions - $ 260

Each session is 2 hours focusing on cross training prepping for your next indoor club season in addition to beach fundamentals, passing, setting, attacking, serving, blocking, beach strategy, and beach play! Every session will be non stop touches and play with limited sitting other than water breaks.
